VP Sales (Property) Negotiable Bangkok 16 October 2017 ( Hot Job )

Responsibilities:
  • Managing overall sales to achieve targeted revenue goals of the company.
  • Research, develop, planning and implementing sales strategies which identify marketing opportunities, and new project development.
  • Plan and manage overall operating expenses within budget, and be responsible for Advertising and Sales Promotions (particularly available units)
  • Take active roles in leading sales agent in planning and executing marketing activities (sales office, marketing concepts, sales/marketing materials).
  • Prepare monthly report for management on Sales and ownership transfer plan for all projects
  • Coordinate and submit weekly report for management on Sales & Purchase Agreement/terminations.
  • To work and coordinate with other functions to ensure smooth executions of the  Sales objectives.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Marketing or relevant field. (MBA preferred)
  • At least 10 years experience in sales in a real estate or other related business.
  • Pro-active, with leadership skills to manage a team, good negotiation, creative, flexible, and innovative team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills.
  • Very Good command of English and proficient computer literacy
