Client Marketing Assistant Manager - HO Negotiable Bangkok 27 January 2024 ( Hot Job )

Responsibilities:
Objectives
  • To strengthen the client development function in Thailand
  • To elaborate, plan & implement client development strategies to ensure business objectives are met
  • To coordinate with Regional team on all CDM actions and initiatives
  • To work with the retail team to ensure the implementation of the defined strategies.

CRM
  • Mainly focus on CRM system, database and working closely with In-store CDM and retail team.
  • Monitor and analyse client pyramid and give suggestion to the team.
  • Identify client issue in each boutique and provide CDM action plan to improve sales and client base i.e Recruitment, development and retention
Events
  • Working closely with Regional CDM team, Local Retail team, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Merchandising.
  • Responsible for the collection launch events / activities.
  • Responsible for the sales driven events / initiatives.
  • Other special or ad-hoc initiatives to be assigned by the Country Manager / Regional CDM.
  • Contact suppliers to work on the event details and ensure it meets Dior standards.

CDM Coordination with Retail Team
  • Working closely with the Retail team to deliver the following tasks:
  • Monitor Client Pyramid evolution
  • Work with each boutique to improve business through CDM actions on below aspects:
  • Client Recruitment
  • Client Development o Client Retention
  • Initiate calling campaign
  • Ensure training and good utilisation of CDM tools
  • Mailing, catalogue

Work Experience & Education:
  • University or College Degree in relevant field
  • Min 5 years relevant working experience in the high-end niche market

Skills:
  • Retail product knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email skills required
  • Knowledge in SQL or CRM system is an advantage
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and a second language would be an advantage
  • Highly innovative and creative with constant drive for improvement and a passion for customer centricity
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and project management skills
  • Energetic and able to multitask, able to meet aggressive deadlines under pressure with limited resources
  • Organized, accurate and highly detail orientated
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and able to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, working gracefully with others even when under pressure
