Responsibilities:

• Manage Legal Department of the Company to achieve department objectives and company goals
• Provide advice on legal matter, drafting and reviewing contracts as well as legal related documents to ensure the legality of transactions, to minimize the legal risk, and to enhance the benefits of the company.
• Provide legal support to various department on issues relating to business, finance, tax, risk, IP rights, opinions and interpretations of contracts to ensure the company’s best interest.
• Handle all types of legal documentation including drafting, reviewing, and revising them.
• Manage litigation and external counsel
• Advise the management related to legal issues and manage team for superior efficiency

Qualification

• Management Experience minimum 5 years
• proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in business law or Higher
• Age 38 years old or older
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in private practice or corporate in-house.
• Excellent knowledge of Intellectual Property (IP)
