Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for Recruitment focuses on
Responsible for implement the organization's recruitment strategy in order to quickly fulfill job vacancies.

To ensure that employees are smoothly integrated into the organization and the candidates
selected best match the needs of the position and the business. Direct the organization's recruitment
activities to ensure the best selection for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently,
economically and in accordance with the organization's policies and standards.
  • To establish recruitment policy and procedure by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Liaise with managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies that are appropriate for
  • heir business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy
  • Evaluate external labor market conditions and internal employee turnover trends to recommend
  • changes to the organization's recruitment strategies
  • Manage and control recruitment activities include advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting
  • candidates; checking references and negotiating employment offers
  • Manage and look for ways to continuously improve Talent Acquisition process to ensure 
  • effectiveness and satisfactory outcome to support future business
  • Composing job advertisements in Thai and English and liaising with job advertising websites
  • and classified media including social media recruitment channel
  • Select and manage ongoing relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure satisfactory
  • standards of service
  • Utilize creative opportunities to raise Company brand in the market place
  • Coach and develop a team of recruiters to hire strong performers in time and in budget,
  • using appropriate sourcing and selection method for all new vacancies
  • Manage recruiter services to provide quality candidates within target lead time to close
  • the recruitment process and within budget.
  • Prepare regular HR reporting related to recruitment and turnover.
  • Establishing and creating knowledge & skill tests.
  • Work with Function Head or Department Managers to prepare headcount budgeting
  • and recruitment in order to ensure recruiting are on time as plan.
  • Build relationship with universities and recruiters to source strong pipeline of talent.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or other related fields
  • At least 10 years’ experience working in Recruitment Function and 5 years’ experience
  • ​working in Supervisor or Assistant Manager Level.
  • Strong knowledge in Labor Law
  • Multi-tasked, service-minded and able to work well under pressure
  • Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Service minded, Analytical and Planning Skill
  • Good English proficiency and computer literacy
