Responsibilities:
- To identify & manage any prospects/potentials customer & to build and maintain strong relationships with customer in order to increase sales volume.
- Professionally handle all customers’ requests and inquiries, advice to customers on our range of products and team coaching.
- Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, achieving sales goals, minimizing stock losses, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals through effective use of selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Response for Sales system / tools in updating sales information in regards with company requirement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any fields.
- Age 26-35 years old.
- At least 5 years of fashion/ accessories/ luxury sales experience.
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with perfume sales passionate.
- Good command of English.
- Recognize problems reacting quickly and effectively to resolve them.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and problem-solving skills with maturity
